 The Nazareth Area School District Police Department strives to provide a safe and secure environment for all students, staff, and visitors of the District.  This, in order to facilitate a positive atmosphere of learning and achievement that is free from the threat of violence or safety concerns.  The NASD Police Department will serve honestly, faithfully, and be of aid to anyone in danger or distress, and enforce the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a fair and impartial manner.

 

 

The Department is committed to fulfilling the law enforcement needs of the School District by maintaining order and protecting life and property through the prevention and deterrence of crime, apprehension of offenders, recovery and return of property, traffic control, and service to the District.  Members of the Police Department staff have a visible and engaged presence in the school district to foster a positive student, staff, and community partnership.

 

The Department investigates incidents and/or crimes that occur during school hours, school-sponsored events, and on school property.  In the event you need to make a police report outside of these parameters, please contact the police in the municipality in which you reside.
